Mr. Parower is responsible for analyzing lending opportunities and general loan-portfolio management. Mr. Parower brings 29 years of commercial real estate investment, capital markets, and fund management experience to 3650 REIT. Prior to 3650 REIT, Andrew was Managing Director of Marketfield Asset Management where he launched and managed a $300 million CMBS fund in 2009. 

Prior to Marketfield, Andrew spent five years managing $23 billion in domestic and European CMBS portfolios and was an integral part the CRE lending teams for AIG’s core subsidiaries, mutual funds, and investment vehicles. Prior to AIG, Andrew spent seven years at New York Life Investment Management’s CRE group working on structured credits and managing $6 billion of CMBS portfolios. 

Andrew’s earlier CRE experience includes being co-lead banker on a CRE loan origination and securitization program; property acquisitions for a pension fund advisor; and a senior team member of Chase Manhattan Bank’s Owned Real Estate Group. 

Andrew holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis, and an M.B.A. from Fordham University.
