Mr. Geary has 17 years of commercial real estate lending experience and oversees the 3650 REIT Southwest Region, based out of Dallas, TX.  Over his career, Mr. Geary has originated and sold commercial mortgage loans totaling $12 billion, across the US, Canada, Mexico, Western Europe and the Middle East.  Previously, Mr. Geary was a Director (Head of Central US CMBS Originations) for Bank of America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”). Prior to BAML, Mr. Geary spent eight years working for Deutsche Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Group throughout Europe and the US.  Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Geary worked as an associate for Credit Suisse in their Real Estate and Structured Finance Group in New York.  Mr. Geary holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
