Ms. Bowman oversees Human Resources for 3650 REIT and brings over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate development, property management and operations.

Ms. Bowman has been with the firm since 2014.  Prior to 3650 REIT, Noelle served as Director of Administration at a private engineering firm.

Prior to M2E Consulting, Ms. Bowman assisted the VP of an international real estate development firm and former Director of Operations at Real Estate Dimensions, a Baltimore-based property management and real estate development firm.

Noelle obtained her B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
