Mr. Pierce, Director, has 7 years of commercial real estate investment experience and works within the 3650 REIT Bridge and Event Driven lending platform. In 2014, Mr. Pierce joined 3650 REIT’s CRE equity and development affiliate, Grass River Property, a leading South Florida developer with approximately 2 million sq feet of real estate owned.

Mr. Pierce holds a B.S. in Building Science from Auburn University and a master's degree in Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami.
